Responsibilities:
• Design, plan, and oversee construction projects, ensuring high-quality execution of both indoor and outdoor works.
• Supervise and coordinate tiling, painting, and waterproofing activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation using AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Knowledge of construction materials and finishing techniques.
• Provide innovative and practical solutions to design and construction challenges.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in architecture, including indoor and outdoor project execution.
• Proven experience in tiling, painting, and waterproofing works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
