Bycop SAL, the established distributor of home linens since 1975, holds the license to manufacture and distribute Cannon and Fieldcrest products in Lebanon. The company extends its distribution reach across the Middle East by leveraging strategic affiliations and exclusive partnerships. With a distinguished legacy of excellence, Bycop produces a variety of locally cherished brands, such as Valentini and other bespoke private labels, alongside internationally renowned ones. Venturing into the B2C market, the company has introduced its first Cannon Home flagship retail store in Lebanon, along with three other retail stores, and has launched its e-commerce platform. Lebanon represents the starting point for its ambitious expansion plans across the Middle East. Cannon Home is now present in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, integrating physical retail spaces with an e-commerce platform, as well as in the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait through e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities: • Arranging merchandise on shelves and tables according to visual merchandising guidelines. • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store products to provide suitable recommendations to customers as needed. • Approaching customers and offering them advice on products to persuade them to buy using up-selling and cross-selling techniques. • Locating products on behalf of customers. • Assisting customers in locating requested store products. • Go the “extra mile” to meet targets • Operating the cash register and processing sales transactions. • Dealing with complaints in a patient and helpful manner. • Answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner. • Transfer reception: unloading and unpacking store deliveries, and making sure that all of the store products are properly priced. • Monitoring shelf inventory and unloading new products when needed • Handling all price changes and customer returns accordingly. • Supervising housekeeping duties to ensure that the cashpoint, sales floor, and stockroom are well-maintained and always in order. Qualifications: • Proven experience working as a sales advisor. • The ability to operate a cash register. • The ability to stand for extended periods. • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills. • Effective communication skills. • Exceptional customer service skills.
