Responsibilities:
• Support the execution of communication and learning strategies at regional and country levels under the guidance of the CLM Manager.
• Organize and plan a comprehensive social media content calendar (yearly). This includes producing and publishing ommunication materials such as knowledge pieces, factsheets, blogs, website and social media content, and other visibility items.
• Contribute to the updating and maintenance of WE4F’s website and online channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging content.
• Provide administrative and technical support for communication campaigns and learning events.
• Support the promotion and visibility of WE4F innovators by collecting and preparing content (text, visuals, and multimedia) for online and offline channels, including the website, partner platforms, and social media.
• Plan and conduct site visits together with the CLM manager to innovators and program partners in different countries of the region to document field activities, collect storytelling material, and capture interviews, photos, and short videos showcasing innovators’ impact.
• Follow-up with the video-editor for the production of video content/innovator stories.
• Organize and coordinate the archiving and processing of visual and narrative content into knowledge products such as case studies, short videos, or social media stories.
• Assist in the onboarding of new innovators, including coordination of informational webinars, communication of “Call for innovaitons”, and logistical arrangements for regional bootcamps and other learning events.
• Provide follow-up support to innovators to ensure their profiles and success stories are updated and aligned with WE4F communication standards.
• Support networking efforts within the consortium teams, maintaining contact lists, event trackers, and stakeholder distribution lists.
• Highlight WE4F innovators participating in regional and international events by supporting their communication materials, capturing relevant content, and promoting WE4F activities. Contribute to enhancing joint visibility and knowledge sharing through strengthened partnerships and storytelling.
• Assist in organizing trainings, outreach activities, and events, including logistics, participant communication, conceptual note preparation, photography, and note taking.
• Maintain and regularly update the ‘WE4F Event Tracker’ and contribute event updates and highlights to the Hub’s monthly reporting.
• Provide logistical and communication support during regional bootcamps and capacity-building activities.
• Collect and compile inputs for monthly and annual reports on CLM achievements and activities.
• Support the documentation and dissemination of lessons learned and best practices within the WE4F network.
• Contribute to the updating and use of the program’s CRM system, supporting data collection and contact follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with other Hub units (Technical Assistance, Program Management, and Policy & Partnerships) to ensure alignment and consistency of messaging, with the support of the CLM manager.
• Support general regional hub activities and team operations as requested by the CLM Manager.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Management, Communication, International Relations, Social Studies or any other relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administrative roles, preferably in an NGO setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Very good communication with partners from different sectors

• Strong communication and social media skills, with experience in managing communication strategies, social media channels, websites, and content creation (including visual design and video).
• Creative, with the ability to develop engaging content and concepts for knowledge tools and WEF-related topics.
• Experienced organizer, skilled in planning and running events, trainings, and workshops, and in networking to build partnerships.
• Excellent project management and time management skills; works independently, meets deadlines, and collaborates proactively.
• Based in Jordan or Lebanon, with a professional network in the environmental, agricultural, and/or business sectors of the MENA region.
• Comfortable working in politically sensitive contexts and within multi-partner consortia.
