Overview

Responsibilities: • Identify and profile potential clients and business opportunities • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and growth • Develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectives • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored ERP/SAP solutions • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights • Maintain accurate records of all client communications and activities Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in ERP/software sales or account management preferably in SAP. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
