Responsibilities:
• Provide regular consultation sessions to the multidisciplinary palliative care team.
• Offer expert guidance on psychological assessment, treatment planning, and intervention strategies.
• Support the team in managing complex emotional and behavioral issues among patients and caregivers.
• Contribute to developing and implementing psychosocial care protocols.
• Provide capacity-building sessions or case discussions to strengthen staff competencies in mental health support.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards in all consultations and interventions.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in palliative care, oncology, non-communicable disease or geriatric settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in Arabic; English or French is an asset.
