Overview
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing assistance, information, and support to customers regarding products or services. Their duties include answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: • Monitor employee compliance with guidelines and identify risks. • Call and respond to customer issues with phone calls and emails. • Accurately record information and data. • Generate reports based on customer-related information. • Communicate professionally in English with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 3 years of customer support experience • Excellent analytical and English communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Benefits
