Responsibilities:
• Organize appointments and scheduling
• Receive and guide patients and visitors
• Answer calls and respond to inquiries
• Maintain patient files and records
• Prepare reports and documentation in English
• Coordinate between staff and departments
• Supervise support staff when needed
• Data entry and inventory follow-up
• Support community activities and events
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent minimum
• Arabic required + good English proficiency
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Responsible and organized personality
Preferred:
• Previous administrative experience
• NGO or community center experience
• Social media/media skills are a plus
