Responsibilities
Responsibilities: • Monitor employee compliance and identify risks • Handle customer calls and emails professionally • Record and maintain accurate data and information • Generate customer-related reports • Communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum 5 years of customer support experience • Automotive background is a plus • Excellent English communication and analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Must be based in Beirut (no remote work)
Benefits
