Responsibilities:
• Perform daily administrative tasks including managing Stouh Beirut's phone calls, president's emails and calendar, and general correspondences.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for important documents and reports.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, preparing necessary materials, and taking detailed minutes.
• Assist with logistical planning and support for ongoing activities, workshops, events, and meetings.
• Manage office supplies, ensuring timely procurement for operational needs.
• Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and internal communications.
• Maintain databases, including donor records and contact lists.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in the non-profit or humanitarian sector is an advantage, particularly in emergency relief work.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not required if relevant experience is demonstrated.
