Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital communication strategy aligned with organizational goals and donor visibility requirements.
• Design and produce compelling multimedia content (graphics, videos, animations, reels, infographics, etc.) for digital use.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools; adjust strategies accordingly.
• Draft engaging stories, press releases, collateral designs, blog posts, success stories, and field reports.
• Maintain and manage SBT’s digital media library and content archive.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, Journalism, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in digital communication, preferably within the humanitarian, development, or nonprofit sector.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication strategies.
• Strong graphic design and video editing skills.
• Proven ability to manage social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Strong organizational skills, team collaboration, and a proactive work ethic.
