An Operations Engineer ensures the smooth and efficient functioning of systems, processes, and infrastructure within an organization. They are responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing operational workflows, often working closely with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and improve efficiency

Responsibilities • Perform system updates and routine maintenance tasks. • Document operational procedures and best practices. • Identify and troubleshoot production errors. • Apply engineering principles to improve system performance. • Train staff on new procedures and safety standards. • Analyze performance metrics and quality assessments. • Support the design, development, implementation, and analysis of engineering products, systems, and subsystems. • Monitor and maintain systems, networks, and infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance. • Manage incidents and resolve system issues efficiently. • Investigate root causes of disruptions and implement preventive measures. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. • Strong knowledge of Linux is a must. • Telecom industry experience is a plus. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Fluency in English and Arabic is required; French is a plus.
