Qualifications: • Proven experience in dispatching or operations coordination • Good knowledge of plumbing and electrical services • Ability to manage and optimize technicians’ schedules dynamically • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure • Availability to work the PM shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
