Responsibilities: • Greet clients and visitors professionally • Handle incoming calls and transfer them accordingly • Take accurate messages and ensure follow-up • Receive and schedule maintenance/service requests • Coordinate with the Service Manager and technicians • Log calls and update the client database • Provide general administrative support Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service • Strong communication skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Professional attitude and appearance
