A Counter Sales representative provides, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers in a retail, industrial, or distribution setting. Key duties include greeting customers, processing payments, answering product questions, maintaining inventory, and organizing the display area to drive sales and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner • Take orders and process payments using the POS system • Present and explain products to customers • Ensure the display area is clean, organized, and well stocked • Maintain excellent customer service and support daily branch operations Qualifications: • 2–5 years of experience • Technical or vocational certificate preferred • Previous experience in retail, bakery, or food & beverage is a plus • Good communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Team player with a positive attitude
