Effective Solutions Tax Consultants is a dynamic and growing company headquartered in Dubai, UAE. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Remote female Executive Assistant with a strong accounting background to support our operations from Lebanon. The successful candidate will be based in Hadath, Lebanon, and will work remotely, liaising closely with our Dubai team.

- Maintain clients' profiles - Organize tasks and follow up with the team - Prepare Proposals and clients requests - Maintain minor accounting jobs - Reminders & Follow-ups -Relationship Management: Help maintain positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: 750/1000 USD depending on experience and profile Yearly Insurance Other benefits as per the Lebanese Law. Kindly note that the Job is with the UAE entity, so contractual and not NSSF.
