Responsibilities: • Welcome customers and provide personalized styling advice • Build genuine relationships with shoppers and make sure they leave feeling confident • Maintain our boutique’s visual standards – tidy displays, folded pieces, and an inviting atmosphere • Process sales transactions accurately • Assist with stock management, unpacking deliveries, and merchandising • Stay up to date on trends and share your fashion insights with our customers Qualifications: • A friendly, fashion-loving personality with strong communication skills • Previous retail or fashion experience is a plus (not mandatory) • Great attention to detail and presentation • A team-oriented attitude and proactive mindset • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
