Responsibilities:
• Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, network).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and another IT equipment.
• Support in system updates, backups, and security monitoring.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Maintain IT inventory and ensure proper documentation of assets.
• Assist in implementing IT policies and security procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT support or system administration experience.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with IT security principles and backup systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
