Responsibilities: • Analyze sales, costs, and business performance data to generate valuable insights. • Support budgeting and forecasting activities. • Prepare financial reports, including variance and trend analysis. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and key profitability drivers. • Collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Assist in financial modeling and business decision support. • Handle reconciliations, including subcontractors and inventory. • Contribute to improving financial processes and reporting systems. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 0–2 years of experience (internships are considered). • Strong Excel and analytical skills. • High attention to detail and eagerness to learn. • Proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
