Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Contact customers to promote ongoing offers and sales campaigns
• Process and follow up on customer orders and ensure accurate invoicing
• Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Female candidate based in or near Jadra
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or call center
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
• Sales-oriented mindset with good persuasion skills
• Good command of Microsoft Office
