Manage quantity of stock, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Identify and manage continuous improvement projects. Resolve any arising problems escalating issues as required. As required provide support in solving day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.

Distribution Management skills: • Experience in managing a team of warehouse personnel. • Experience with inventory control and supply chain management. • Knowledge of logistics. Leadership and Communication skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English literacy is a must). • Ability to lead, develop and motivate a team. • Strong organizational and planning skills. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity barcode scanning systems. Relevant Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business. • 5+ years of warehouse and distribution management experience.
