Responsibilities: • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow. • Supervise, motivate, and support the branch team. • Organize staff schedules and monitor attendance. • Coordinate and implement in-store promotions. • Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. • Enhance the overall customer experience. • Drive branch sales and achieve business targets.
