An accountant manages and analyzes financial records, preparing reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial health and compliance. Key duties include tracking income and expenses, reconciling accounts, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, and providing financial advice to management to support decision-making.

Qualifications: • Diploma or technical degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, wholesale, or the food industry • Strong knowledge of Lebanese accounting principles and VAT regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software • Experience with accounting and POS systems (knowledge of Ameen software is a plus) • High attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Honest, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
