We are looking for a skilled ERP Developer to design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to support business needs and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions while ensuring smooth ERP system performance and integration.

Responsibilities: • Translate business needs into functional designs, user stories, and solution blueprints. • Design and develop Odoo applications, including new module development and system customization. • Customize Odoo and integrate it with third-party systems. • Design, code, test, debug, and document software according to functional requirements. • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance. • Enhance existing applications and configure new features to support business operations. • Ensure ERP processes run efficiently across different modules and departments. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role with hands-on experience in Odoo ERP. • Strong experience in testing, data migration, and system planning. • Solid knowledge of core modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and HR. • Understanding of end-to-end ERP processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, H2R) and cross-module integration. • Ability to understand complex business processes and adapt to changing requirements. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. • Ability to stay updated with new technologies, trends, and Odoo updates.
