Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is a plus) • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the construction industry • Proven experience managing major building, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
