Overview: IDRAAC (Institute for Development, Research, Advocacy and Applied Care) is a leading NGO in Lebanon dedicated to advancing mental health through research, advocacy, awareness, and community care. MIND Clinics is a specialized network of mental health clinics providing high-quality psychiatric and psychological services to individuals and organizations, with a focus on innovation, accessibility, and holistic well-being. Responsibilities • Strategy & Branding • Donor & Partner Visibility • Media & Public Relations • Digital & Social Media • Content Creation & multimedia • Events & Campaigns • Internal & External Communication Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (Master’s is a plus). • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in communications, preferably in NGOs, healthcare, or corporate sectors. • Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English (French is an asset). • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing. • Skills in design and multimedia (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing) are highly desirable. • Strong organizational skills, creativity, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Passion for mental health and social impact. • Storytelling and creativity. • Professionalism and cultural sensitivity. • Project management and multitasking. • Strong interpersonal and networking skills. • Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
