Responsibilities:
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on new business leads through inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, government entities, maritime companies, ports, logistics providers, and industry professionals.
• Understand client training needs and recommend suitable public, customised, or in-house training solutions.
• Coordinate internally with Admin, Maritime Training, Training Coordination, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure smooth client handling.
• Support market research, competitor analysis, and identification of new course or sector opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, client records, and activity updates using CRM or internal systems.
Qualifications:
• Experience in business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management.
• Knowledge of maritime, logistics, supply chain, ports, shipping, oil & gas, or professional training sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into suitable training proposals.
• Professional command of English and Arabic; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and CRM/sales tracking tools.
