Responsibilities:
• Installs, tests, maintains, troubleshoots, and performs daily inspections and preventive maintenance programs for mechanical utility systems and related equipment such as boilers, hot water tanks, pumps, compressors, piping networks, valves, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, sanitary fixtures, water distribution and pressurization pumps, water and wastewater treatment plants, water filtration, water dispensers, drainage, rainwater and sewage network, irrigation, water fountain, firefighting, and other systems as assigned
• Operates and troubleshoots mechanical systems and associated control systems (e.g., BMS interfaces related to utilities)
• Supervises outsourced installation, maintenance, and repair works related to mechanical utility systems
Qualifications:
• Technical Baccalaureate (BT3) degree, in a relevant field (Mechanical).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet search; ability to operate BMS software
• Willingness and capacity to learn the operation of equipment and systems through reading manuals (in English)
