A finishing foreman works with managers, contractors and other onsite workers to ensure construction jobs are successfully completed on time, within budget, and finished to the standard and specification agreed with the client.

Duties/Responsibilities: • Ensure that all work completed follows the safety procedures in place. • Maintain quality control checks. • Assist in the controlling of on-site equipment. • Finish internal building to a high standard. • Manage labor force. • Coordinates work with construction units at project site. • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. • Interfaces with suppliers when required. Requirements: • 15+ years of experience. • Demonstrates fluency with residential and small-scale commercial building materials, details, and construction techniques. • On-site technical, coordination, and supervision skills. • Detail oriented, organized, highly creative, deadline driven, and fast paced team player. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously.
