Responsibilities:
• Follow up on the online product catalog, including product names, prices, images, descriptions, and stock status.
• Ensure that products are correctly displayed on the website and mobile app.
• Follow up on piece-level and box-level pricing, volume-based pricing, and promotional offers.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to make sure stock availability is accurate.
• Follow up on homepage banners, categories, featured products, search results, and online merchandising.
• Coordinate with the tech/app team regarding bugs, updates, improvements, and new features.
• Monitor online sales performance, traffic, customer behavior, and order flow.
• Work with marketing on campaigns, offers, landing pages, and promo codes.
• Report problems, opportunities, and online performance results to management.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in e-commerce, online store follow-up, marketplace management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Experience in groceries, FMCG, wholesale, retail, or consumer products is a strong plus.
• Good knowledge of websites, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, or similar systems.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work with reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
• Experience following up on product catalogs is preferred.
• Understanding of inventory and stock flow between systems is a plus.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate with operations, warehouse, marketing, suppliers, and technical teams.
• Good Arabic and English are required.
