An Industrial Engineer (IE) designs, develops, and optimizes complex systems, processes, and operations (people, equipment, materials) for maximum efficiency, productivity, and quality, often focusing on reducing waste, costs, and improving workflows in manufacturing, logistics, or service industries using data analysis, lean principles, and problem-solving to enhance overall performance and resource utilization.

Responsibilities: • Coordinate between Sales, Engineering, and Production departments. • Prepare job orders for machines, production lines, and spare parts. • Provide technical support to the Sales team and customers. • Assist in planning and installation of machinery using CAD layouts. • Participate in exhibitions and promotional activities. • Support after-sales service and ensure quality control. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • 5–10 years of experience in industrial machinery (bakery equipment experience is an advantage). • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills; fluency in Arabic and English is required. • Strong teamwork and coordination abilities. • Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD software.
